The engagement
Community financial institutions operate at the intersection of technology change, regulatory pressure, fraud risk and customer expectations. CSI’s annual Banking Priorities Executive Report gives industry leaders a structured view of the challenges, investments and emerging technologies shaping the year ahead.
The research approach
Respondents were screened to work at banks or credit unions, hold manager-level or more senior roles and represent institutions within defined asset ranges. Maintaining a consistent research framework allowed CSI to compare priorities across years while introducing questions about new technologies and risks.
From findings to impact
CSI used the research in its flagship Banking Priorities Executive Reports, newsroom announcements, industry articles, webinars, podcasts and customer conversations. The recurring program gave CSI a proprietary evidence base for engaging community banking leaders throughout the year.
Highlighted result
More than 500 community financial-institution leaders across two consecutive reports created an evolving picture of banking priorities.
Methodology
The Banking Priorities reports surveyed community bankers at manager level or above, as well as financial-institution leaders from both banks and credit unions. CITE Research conducted the research on behalf of CSI.
