Proving That Connected Culture Drives Productivity

The engagement

Remote and hybrid work raised new questions about culture, connection and productivity. RingCentral wanted independent evidence about the relationship between organizational culture, communications technology and employee performance.

The research approach

CITE Research surveyed 4,000 knowledge workers across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, examining the characteristics of connected cultures, the role of communications technology and the relationship between connection and productivity.

From findings to impact

The research found that employees at companies fostering a connected culture were twice as likely to be productive. RingCentral used the findings in its Connected Culture Report and supporting media programme.

Highlighted result

4,000 knowledge workers across four countries showed that a connected culture doubled the likelihood of employee productivity.

Methodology

CITE Research conducted the survey on behalf of RingCentral among 4,000 knowledge workers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
